What the customer sent us was an aerial image in a frame and it was huge. No-way to scan easily. What we did was shoot a copy of it with a digital camera. The customer needed an 11 X 14 print to use in a meeting. We began by drawing a white square to enhance the area of interest. Finally we added a blue tint and faded the areas around the area of interest.
