Right Brain Services(RBS ) will capture your event to video/DVD. See the "Rates" link for pricing. We will shoot your event with one, two or three camera's and also provide good quality sound. Whether it is a meeting, celebration, convention or training session we can handle it. We will then take the footage and edit it into a final professional production with titles and music(if needed). Why Even Shoot an Event ? For historical puposes: Any event that you might want to keep for posterity should be shot for future viewers to look back on and remember. Things such as inagural events, new product announcements, incoming or outgoing VIP celebrations. For widespread distribution: Anything that needs to be distributed to large numbers of individuals at varied locations. Once the final product is complete, you can mail hundreds or thousands of DVD copies all over the world. For Training: Sometimes it isn't efficient to have specialzed training for hundreds of people on site . However, you can have that training for a few individuals and send them back to their locatons with a DVD of their training that can be used to train others, saving time and money on travel and expenses. For use in other media: Most companies don't have "broadcast quality" camera's and trained photograpers to use them. There are times when companies may need to have "raw" footage of processes, products, people, places or things that can be used later in a final production by a production company. Additionally, the footage can be used for "in-house" presentations and/or "in-house" productions over and over again. For Stock Footage: There may be times your Public Relations department will need footage to send to various media outlets. Having stock footage on hand can save you time and money.
