RBS-Rates


Right Brain Services(RBS) has a very simple rate structure. All "labor" type services are at an hourly rate of $60.00 per hour, per person, plus expenses. The $60 Hourly Rate plus Expense Services would apply to the following services: Event Services. Copy Services. Image Services. Editing Services. Sound Editing for Film Transfer For example: Event Photography, Videography and Web Video Promo's would be charged at $60.00 per hour per photographer. Any expenses, tape, batteries, consumables are billed at cost. Film Archiving/Transfer: Costs will depend on what has to be done. If the film requires scanning of individual frames to be re-assembled into a a final product, then the $60.00 per hour rate applies. If the film is in good shape and will pass through our capture devices, the charge will be at a per foot cost as follows: 16mm Silent - .20 per foot. 16mm Sound - .20 per foot ($60/hr to re-edit and sync sound, which is captured separately). 8mm Silent - .20 per foot. S8 Silent - .20 per foot. S8 Sound - .20 per foot. All the above include MiniDV Master, DVD copy with label and paper sleeve. Copy Services: $20.00 - Master DVD for duplication(2hrs Max). $20.00 - 01-10 DVD duplicates from master(2hrs Max). $15.00 - 11-15 DVD duplicates from master(2hrs Max). $10.00 - 16-20 DVD duplicates from master(2hrs Max). $ 5.00 - 21 + DVD duplicates from master(2hrs Max). All the above include label and paper sleeve. $20.00 - Copy 8mm VHS tape to DVD(2hrs Max). $20.00 - Copy Hi-8mm VHS tape to DVD(2hrs Max). $20.00 - Copy VHS tape to DVD(2hrs Max). $20.00 - Copy S-VHS tape to DVD(2hrs Max). All the above include label and paper sleeve. $20.00 - Copy 8mm VHS tape to MiniDV(80min Max). $20.00 - Copy Hi-8mm VHS tape to MiniDV(80min Max). $20.00 - Copy VHS tape to MiniDV(80min Max). $20.00 - Copy S-VHS tape to MiniDV(80min Max). All the above include label . Image Services: We can scan your images and create a video on DVD or VHS tape with titles and music for your viewing pleasure. Also we can archive your images for historical purposes. We can scan the image to high resolution loss-less file formats, that can be handed down to the next generation. Slides and photos $1.00 per scan for a video. Archiving images to high resolution file formats $1.00 per image. Both at the same time for only $1.50 per image.
